Caregivers open their hearts and homes to children across the state. Sometimes caregivers want to know more about the laws and policies that affect them and their foster/kinship children. During this webinar CDSS RFA and Communications Bureau Chief Kimberly Wrigley will discuss the Resource Family Approval Written Directives. The Foster Care Ombudsperson, Rochelle Trochtenberg, will discuss Foster Youth Rights and what Caregivers need to know. This webinar is the second in a series partnering with the California State Foster Parent Association. It’s a free resource intended for caregivers and those who work directly with caregivers.
